Oral Presenation Guidelines

At the ICDS 2015 Symposium all the screens (in Meridian and Zenit room) will have the format ratio 16:9. We suggest to all authors to prepare their presentation in the same format - 16:9. Please take this as a strong suggestion. The presentations in the 4:3 ratio can be also used, however the ratio 16:9 will better fit to the screens.

How to submit your presentation at the Symposium

Please come to the Speakers´ Ready Room (QUADRANT) at least 1 ½ hour before the beginning of your session. In case your speech has been scheduled for morning session please come to the Speakers´ Ready Room (QUADRANT) one day before the day of your presentation. Speakers´ Ready Room (QUADRANT) location will be marked in the final programme brochure,

Poster Presenation Guidelines

Technical Instructions

  • The Poster Area is located in the: Leo + Virgo room and Aquarius + Taurus room.
  • Posters will be organized according to topics and numbers.
  • All posters will be placed by their authors on rigid poster boards. Net dimensions of the poster area are: 940 mm width and 1440 mm height.
  • Authors can be posting-up their posters on the boards starting Sunday, June 21, at 16:00. Later arriving authors can do it at any time during the Symposium until Tuesday, June 23, until 12:00 at the latest.
  • The poster sessions will be officially open on Monday, June 22, at 9:00
  • Fixing material (pins, etc.) will be available in the Posters Area.
  • Duration of the posters´ display is until Wednesday, June 24, 10:30. After that time, all posters must be dismounted from the boards within 2 hours. Posters that are not dismounted by the stated time will be removed by the staff and discarded.
  • The poster boards will be labeled with Poster ID that was sent to every author. Authors should put their posters on the predetermined board.
